• Our Mehendi products are made using natural ingredients and are prepared fresh. Due to their perishable nature and hygiene considerations, most items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

• No refunds or replacements will be provided for minor leakage or slight damage occurring during transit. While we take utmost care to ensure secure and careful packaging, such issues may occasionally arise during shipping and are beyond our control.

• A complete 360-degree uncut unboxing video, recorded from the very beginning, is mandatory to claim any damage. Partial, edited, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
